All editions are shipped in a cake box, orplastic sleeves, and you will recieve a link to download the high resolution covers. [See example here].
When you order the Full Collection, you will recieve the discs in a cake box [the same container as when you buy discs in the store], including a link to download the covers in high resolution PDF's.
The reason for me not to ship with the DVD-boxes is that the cost of the editions and the shipping will be very high, and the boxes sometimes break in the mail.
To buy the boxes is today very cheap in the store, so this is a smoother way to go around it.
--The DVD's have no region, so you can play it in any DVD-player all over the world.
Older players in America might not play PAL.
